How to repot monstera Help!
It's time for both of my Monsteras to be repotted but I'm nervous of causing root shock or disturbing their growth. Also not sure the type of soil that's best, and the ratio of adding new soil to old soil in the larger pots. All tips and tricks welcome!

Paris Lalicata Hey Amanda! If the Monstera are actively growing and have become pot bound then it'll be best to repot into a planter that is 1-2 inches larger with fresh soil. Any standard potting mix will suffice as long as it has good drainage (perlite, vermiculite or sand) and it'll be best to discard of all the old soil since moist of the nutrients have degraded and the consistency/absorbency of soil changes overtime as well!

Amanda Any specific potting mix brands you would recommend? I've also heard mixing a potting mix with orchid mix is helpful. Thoughts?
