Rubber tree , dropping all leaves
Hi Michelle! From what I can see the Rubber tree looks super thirsty - usually when the petioles on the plant begin to droop it's ready for water. I'd aerate the soil with a chopstick/pencil in case it has compacted around the roots then give the plant a thorough watering. It should perk back up after a few days with enough light as well! Also for your grow light, the light should be placed over the plant to hit the foliage since this is the part of the plant that captures light energy. Keeping it underneath the foliage is most likely not providing as much as it would if it was above the plant!
